New Year, New Promises
So....
The last time i did one of these new year blog posts i wanted to accomplish a few things. I think I did all but one of them: become healthy.
So, this time I'm gunna make good on that one...and this how I'm gunna do it.
The V-Diet requires me to do some prep work. i have to get this protien shake powder and some suppliments, aswell, I need to do some calculations to find my min and max caloric in-take values for each day.
Max = 1464.768
Min = 1220.64
So as long as I stay within this 1200 to 1400 range I should be good.
